The Challenge
The organisation relied on disconnected spreadsheets and multiple software tools to manage inventory, finance, HR, and procurement. Cross-departmental reporting required manual consolidation that took days, procurement approvals were tracked in email threads, and inventory discrepancies were only discovered during physical audits.
The Solution
Designed and developed a centralised ERP platform with role-based access, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and real-time analytics. The system replaced all legacy tools with a unified data layer — eliminating duplication, automating approvals, and surfacing live KPIs for every department head.
