The Process
How It Works
From first conversation to delivered software — no surprises
A transparent process matters as much as technical skill. Here's exactly how a Falconic Tech engagement runs, from the first call to the final handover.
Discovery call
A 30-minute call where I ask about what you're building, what's broken, and what you've tried. I'm listening for what the actual problem is, not just the stated one.
No commitment required. I turn away work that isn't a good fit.
Requirements & scoping
I document what the software needs to do, how users will interact with it, what it integrates with, and what constraints apply. This is where most projects go wrong — and where we invest more time than most teams do.
Technical architecture
Before writing application code, we design the data model, system architecture, and integration strategy. Decisions made here are expensive to reverse later — so we make them deliberately.
Development in stages
Development runs in defined stages with review points — not a black box you wait on for months. Each stage delivers working software you can test and respond to.
Testing & QA
Every delivery includes functional testing against the requirements from step 2. Issues are resolved before they reach production.
Deployment
We handle production deployment, environment configuration, and the various things that make software actually run reliably — not just pass tests locally.
Handover & documentation
Documentation that captures what was built, how to maintain it, and how to extend it. Not an afterthought — included in the project scope from day one.
Post-launch support is available if needed.
